This is one of the recipes I made when I went walking on the Te Araroa (crossing of New Zealand). Very quick to prepare, it remains ultra satisfying after a big day of walking. And still vegan and balanced of course!
For the base, I simply used potato flakes and small soy proteins. A little bit of soy milk powder for a creamy result. And for the taste, dried mushrooms and mushroom soup powder. We could imagine variations with vegetable broth powder and dehydrated peas for example.
